Ambrosia Avocado Toast

- 1 small avocado
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 drops Ambrosia Wellness Liquid Tocotrienol
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes to taste
Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Mix the first four ingredients in a small bowl while the toast is toasting. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast and top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
