Ambrosia Avocado Toast

  • 1 small avocado
  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice⁠
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil⁠
  • 3 drops Ambrosia Wellness Liquid Tocotrienol⁠
  • 2 slices whole grain bread⁠
  • Salt and pepper to taste⁠
  • Red pepper flakes to taste⁠
Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Mix the first four ingredients in a small bowl while the toast is toasting. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast and top with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. ⁠
