Breakfast Smoothie with Tocotrienol

Ingredients


  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ banana 
  • ¾ cup 100% orange juice (or your favorite fruit juice)
  • ½ cup chopped kale or spinach 
  • 2 drops Ambrosia Wellness liquid tocotrienol 

Instructions


Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
